Apple - NAND _findflashmediaandkeepout:600

iPhone and Apple Products Hardware Repair - GSM-Forum - forum.gsmhosting.com
Well, first off, Lifeproof cases are good, but not perfect. Ended up recovering my friends Iphone 5 from the bottom of a creek after 24 hours. Surprisingly, it wasn't completely destroyed, but it's got issues.

On start up, flashes :

[NAND] _FindFlashMediaAndKeepout:600 physical nand block offest 1

[NAND] start:355 this 0xa095b600 PROVIDER= 0x9ef0ac00 flashmedia=0x9ef0ac00

[NAND] WMR_start: 149 Apple PPN NAND Driver, Read/Write

[NAND] WMR_start: 174 FIL_Init (ok)

cycles back to apple logo a couple times, back to this for 5 secs, then red screens.

I've spent the majority of the day trying to reboot the phone from every version of any previous restore of the Iphone 5, with no success.

At seperate points during the day, i've had and tried to fix multiple errors, 1603 - 3194 - 1611 - but have since locked up the phone to only turn on and go straight to recovery mode without trying to load up.

Running TinyUmbrella gets it out of recovery mode, but it still won't accept a restore of any type. Even 6.1.3 or 6.1.4.

Anything else you guys have as options?
