Lowest per minute and/or per month for GSM MVNOs?

General Prepaid discussion - www.howardforums.com
I've never considered a GSM MVNO before, mostly because the phones we have owned until now have always been CDMA. But my wife just picked up a new AT&T iPhone 6 on Walmart clearance for $150, and suddenly I find myself looking for an affordable GSM MVNO.

Some of the current CDMA MVNO rates are very low, but so far I haven't been able to find anything even remotely comparable in the GSM MVNO world. What are the most frugal people in this forum using as their GSM MVNOs these days?

I just put my son on Tello (with his CDMA Sprint iPhone) for $5.00 + $1.73 tax which gives him 1-cent texts (500) or 3-cent talk minutes (167) or any combination of the two. But the best part of this plan (besides the low per-unit rates) is that Tello does not expire this credit, and there's never any obligation to pay any monthly fees whatsoever. IMO this is the ideal pay-as-you-go service ...

So which GSM MVNOs offer something close to this kind of deal?
