Samsung - Odin3 + PIT and Samsung Galaxy S3

Galaxy S III Q&A - xda-developers - forum.xda-developers.com
Odin3 + PIT and Samsung Galaxy S3

Hi all,

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 16Gb with Orange (Spain) and I have a question: What are the five files use *. Pit?

GT-I9300_mx_20120220.pit

GT-I9300_mx_20120322.pit

GT-I9300_mx_20120329.pit

M0_20120220.pit

mx.pit

I read on xda-developers that are used to repartition. That the first three:

GT-I9300_mx_20120220.pit = Galaxy S3 of 16 Gb

GT-I9300_mx_20120322.pit = Galaxy S3 of 32 Gb

GT-I9300_mx_20120329.pit = Galaxy S3 of 64 Gb

And the last two, what are they?

M0_20120220.pit

mx.pit

I installed Android 4.1.1 using Odin3 and:

GT-I9300_mx_20120220.pit = Galaxy S3 of 16 Gb

GT-I9300_mx_20120322.pit = Galaxy S3 of 32 Gb

GT-I9300_mx_20120329.pit = Galaxy S3 of 64 Gb

Only I've been able to install Android 4.1.1 using GT-I9300_mx_20120329.pit = Galaxy S3 of 64 Gb

Can you give me more information?

Thank you very much
