Samsung - Galaxy S3 notification bar won't pull down

Galaxy S III Q&A - xda-developers - forum.xda-developers.com
Hi, i have the GS3 GT-I9300 32GB (I9300BUEMA1 Baseband and JZO54K.I9300XXEMR2 Build version) Vodafone edition, bought it in Greece and i am experiencing a very annoying problem. The notification bar, in random times, like every 2-3 days or maybe weeks, stops working. I can't pull it down, until i restart the phone. But that doesn't solve the problem, cause after a while, it starts doing it again. The weird thing is that i have installed an app (MultiTouch tester) that shows that the screen is working on the top and all around. I have tried a lot of different ROM versions, first the Polish 4.1.2, then the UK and then the Greek, but none of them seem to solve the problem. I have sent it to the official Samsung service here and they have replaced the screen, but after a couple of days the problem appeared again.

Is there a solution or should i ask for my money back and get another phone, for example the new GS4?
