Overclocking LG Phoenix (AT&T Optimus One) is bizarre.

LG Phoenix is running CM10 built off of Android 4.1.2. Runs perfectly stable.

When overclocked, even by the smallest increment possible, video begins experiencing strange glitches. The screen aligns improperly and sometimes moves randomly. When performing stability tests, the phone reports that it is stable.
