Android Phone recommendation
So, yesterday I fell off my bike, doing my very best to break myself (and thankfully failing, but I still have a crutch to walk with for now), but succeeding in breaking my beloved Lumia 1020. I'd prefer to get a Windows phone since I liked this one so much, but... well, we all know about that. I definitely do not want an iPhone for many reasons, so that leaves me with Android.
I've perused the Android phone articles on Ars over the years, but not really reading in great depth. I've been keeping an eye out for a while looking for an Android phone I would find acceptable assuming my phone would die sometime (though not prematurely ).
My requirements are not great, though I'm not aware of any phones that actually meet them.
-Works in Austria (where I now live after leaving the states)
-Stock or as close to stock as possible (therefore no Samsung)
-Updates for as long as possible (2 years would be nice)
Any suggestions? The Pixel 2 looked right up my alley (though it would be nice if it had a headphone jack... but I can live without it), but you cant purchase it in Austria.
Thanks in advance!
