There is a known issue in your area, however we have no ETA for resolution
I am new to Verizon and have an interesting situation. Just over a month ago, I started having network problems overnight. Data speeds are horrid, calls dropping, etc. I called Verizon, and after some escalations, they said that the network team is saying that there is a known issue in my county and 2 adjacent counties, however there is NO ETA as to when it will be fixed???? HUH???
Has anyone else had similar issues? Did it EVER get fixed? They can't even tell me if it will be days, weeks, months, or years. This seems............... Strange.
