T-Mobile eyes spectrum above 95 GHz for 5G backhaul
With T-Mobile planed nationwide build out backhaul will be the limiting facts especially as we move to 5G NR that needs fiber. But Fiber is difficult to get approved and mainly would be build near major roads.

However AirGig for backhaul that uses power poles with mmWave spectrum would be expensive to deploy and maintain but could be build out pretty fast on power poles. AT&T needs help to get AirGig installed since their 28 Ghz plan for 5G will require something like AirGig since it would be impossible to pull fiber every 900 feet.
