When power on phone it displays nokia then power off,again it displays nokia then phone off until you power on again .i tried to flash with 7.37 but problem remain.
Related messages i have flashed nokia asha 311 rm-714 v 7.36 but after flashing it does not complete boot when i insert sim card and the same problem without sim help me please

Hey, I am from India and I want to replace Power IC 4376065 on Nokia Asha 311 because Power IC has a failure. I can't buy 4376065 in India. Can I replace 4342819 instead of 4376065?
Nokia 311 always shows Low Battery ! Is this hardware or software problem& Tryed with external power supply, but same problem.

Without sim phone power on ok but with sim card phone dispaly nokia then off i flashed with high version but problem remain
