Is Verizon going to provide my bill showing the ETF charge that T-mobile needs?
I am starting to get a little concerned about this....
I switched to T-mobile about two weeks ago, ported my number over, and traded in my Galaxy S4 to take advantage of the ETF payment promotion.
Now when I try to login to my Verizon account to check for my ETF bill, I find that Verizon has completely shutdown my online account..... thus making it impossible for me to get a PDF version of the bill....
Since I had paperless billing and auto-pay setup.... and can't access my account online anymore.... I am starting to worry.
Does anyone know if Verizon is going to send me a paper bill, or will they auto-bill me the ETF with no bill provided to me since I was on paperless billing?
Has anyone else who switched over from Verizon to T-mobile experienced this issue? How was it handled?
